Carl was previolusly the CFO at Ventrica (a private equity backed business), which is a services outsource provider to blue-chip clients. He was the Finance Director SS&C for the life, pension and wealth division providing BPO and ITO services with over $360m turnover per annum and prior to that the Financial Controller for SS&C transfer agency division. Carl trained in practice as a Chartered Accountant before entering industry as financial and management accountant for the UK retail division of AON.
