Narissa brings 10 years of financial services experience spanning professional services, FinTech and banking, with expertise in strategy, M&A and corporate finance alongside a strong track record of leading complex, high-stakes strategic projects.

Narissa began her career at Deloitte in Transaction Services, before moving to Goldman Sachs. She then joined FNZ - the PE-backed global wealth management platform with over $2 trillion in AUA - where she progressed from Corporate Development to Senior Advisor to the Group CEO and Founder, before spearheading the firm's strategic expansion into digital assets as Global Head of Digital Assets.

In her current role as Director of Corporate Finance within the CEO Office, Narissa works closely with the CEO and Board to lead 91����'s fundraising, investor relationships and strategic finance agenda as the business enters its next phase of global growth.

Narissa is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and graduated first in her intake with a Starred First from the University of York.
